10-30 hours (OSHA Outreach Program Courses)

Description

This training is offered under the guidelines of the OSHA Construction Industry Outreach Training Program. It must be taught by an authorized instructor, and the training curriculum is specified by OSHA. There are two authorized versions of the training. The 10-hour Program must include the 3 "Required" topics (R) and at least 3 of the seven "Elective" topics (E). Any of the other topics may be added to fill out the 10 hour requirement. The 30-hour Program includes most of the topics, and there is a recommended selection, which may be modified to the specific needs of the group.
